Local Service/Repair Deliveries:

  • We will contact you shortly to arrange a drop-off time. 

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Damages and Issues:

  • If you receive your order and it is damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue promptly.
